Please read all of the instructions and  look at the pictures before attaching the holder.
 
1. Attach the Desk/wall Cradle to the mount.
 
2. Screw the mount with the included screw into the hole at the bottom as shown in the picture.
 
3. Place the mount onto the desired position. Screw the mount into place with the enclosed screws.
 
4. The mount is in place.
